Residential & Commercial · Ant Control
Do you spray the ants and you see hundreds more returning? We treat the nest, not the symptom - safe for kids and pets, with results you'll notice within days.
Why the supermarket spray isn't working
A visible trail is a scouting party, not the problem. The nest behind it can hold thousands of ants, and most household sprays only kill on contact - so you clear a counter for an afternoon while the colony carries on, and often splits into two colonies out of self-preservation, which is how a small line under the kettle turns into an infestation in two rooms. Our approach uses slow-acting baits that the workers carry back to the nest themselves, as well as targeted residual treatment at entry points, so the colony collapses from the inside instead of just scattering.
Worth checking for
Wiping it away and seeing the same line back within a day means there's an established scent trail to a nearby nest, not a random wanderer.
Ants cluster around sinks, dishwashers, and bathroom skirtings because colonies need a reliable water source close to the nest.
Fine soil piles near paving cracks, foundations, or garden beds are often nest entrances - usually the source feeding the indoor trail.
These are reproductive swarmers. Seeing them inside can mean an existing colony is mature enough to be expanding.
How we treat it
We trace trails back to likely nesting sites, indoors and out, and identify the species - treatment differs for sugar ants vs. more aggressive species.
Baits are placed exactly where activity is confirmed, formulated to be carried back and shared through the colony.
Residual treatment at windows, doors and foundation cracks stops new activity from re-establishing after the colony collapses.
You get a clear report on what we found, what was used, and simple habits that keep ants from coming back.
Good to know
Yes - we use products and application methods that are safe for occupied homes with children and pets, and we'll always tell you if any brief precaution is needed for a specific product.
Most households notice a sharp drop in visible activity within 3–5 days, as bait works through the colony. Full resolution typically follows within two weeks.
Often yes for an isolated indoor colony. For recurring activity - common in homes near gardens or complexes - our quarterly maintenance plan keeps colonies from re-establishing season after season.
No special prep needed. In fact, avoid wiping down trails right before your appointment - the scent trail actually helps us confirm where activity is concentrated.
While you're at it
Dealing with more than one pest at once is common - ask about a combined visit.
